Return Request Procedure
Customers may request to return a product within 7 days of receiving their order through one of the following channels:

General Return Conditions
1.The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging including tags, belts, and any included accessories.
2.Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
3.Products showing signs of use or damage due to misuse will not be accepted.
4.Any product deemed unsuitable for resale by the company will not be accepted.
5.If the returned product does not meet the conditions, the customer will bear the shipping costs both ways (SAR 25 each way).
Free Return Cases
1.The product has a manufacturing defect.
2.An incorrect product was delivered.
In these cases, the company will cover shipping fees, and the return will be processed without any deductions.
Shipping and Return via Delivery Company
1.A shipping label will be sent to the registered email or via WhatsApp.
2.The customer must print the label, attach it to the package, and deliver it to the nearest shipping center.
3.All returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
4.Products are subject to quality inspection before a refund is issued.
5.Confirmation of receipt will be sent via email or WhatsApp, after which the refund process will begin.
Refund Process
1.The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2.The expected refund timeline is 7 to 14 business days after the product is received and inspected.
3.Shipping fees, customs, or tax charges are non-refundable.
4.If the item was purchased during a promotional offer, the value of the discount will be deducted.
5.If free shipping was offered, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange Policy

2.Please return the item first, then place a new order for the desired product.
